Important changes to broadband packages
From 30th March 2009 Seriously Internet’s broadband packages will be changing. Existing customers’ accounts will see the changes applied from their next billing date after 30th March 2009. All customers joining Seriously! before 30th March 2009 should be aware that the pricing and features of the advertised packages will be changing.
Seriously! PAYG
The pricing for the Seriously! PAYG package will decrease to £14.25 per month; however the cost per additional 1GB will increase to £1.28. Customers will only pay for bandwidth used between the hours of 8am and midnight, Monday to Friday. Bandwidth usage outside of these times will be uncharged.
To help you keep control of your monthly spending a limit of £40 of additional bandwidth will be set on each customer’s account. This equates to an extra 32GB of bandwidth usage per month, which will only be used during the specified chargeable periods. You will be able to monitor your bandwidth usage via the Seriously! customer portal and will be notified by email as you approach your set limit. Upon reaching your limit your connection will be blocked until you reach the start of your next billing period.
Seriously! Allowance 570
The current Allowance 570 product comprises 150GB of peak and 420GB of off-peak usage. This product will be replaced with a monthly allowance of 120GB that is only used between the hours of 8am and midnight, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times bandwidth will be uncharged. The price of this product will also reduce to £49.97 per month.
Changes will also be applied to the charges for exceeding your monthly allowance. If you exceed your monthly allowance you will simply be charged £1.28 per 1GB of additional bandwidth used.

I am an existing customer, what do I need to do?
You do not need to do anything. The changes will be automatically applied to your account from your next billing date after 30th March 2009.

All pricing is stated in GBP and includes 17.5% VAT.
