Use the network status report on the right to check if we’re currently experiencing any technical issues. If we’re already aware of your current problem we’ll do our best to resolve this as soon as possible with minimal disruption to your service.

To cancel your Seriously! connection simply contact us and provide 7 days notice.
To move your Seriously! broadband connection to an alternative provider you need to request a MAC (Migration Authorisation Code). Your MAC is valid for 30 days.

VoIP and IPSEC Traffic Difficulties

We are aware of a small number of 20CN and 21CN DSL customers who are experiencing sporadic performance and connectivity related problems with both VoIP and IPSEC traffic.
Our Systems team are currently investigating this problem in co-operation with BT. Further information will be provided as and when it becomes available.
