Use the network status report on the right to check if we’re currently experiencing any technical issues. If we’re already aware of your current problem we’ll do our best to resolve this as soon as possible with minimal disruption to your service.

To cancel your Seriously! connection simply contact us and provide 7 days notice.
To move your Seriously! broadband connection to an alternative provider you need to request a MAC (Migration Authorisation Code). Your MAC is valid for 30 days.

At-Risk: Telford Data Centre 3 Cooling

We are currently aware of and working on an issue with one of our air cooling units in Data Centre 3 which appears to have failed. Measures are currently in place to minimise the impact that the loss of this unit is having.

Essential VoIP Maintenance 9th Feb 2010

We need to perform some essential maintenance on the main VoIP database. This is scheduled for 4am on 9th February 2010. During the hours of 4am and 5am you may not be able to make or receive calls. We will endeavour to keep the downtime to a minimum.

We are currently seeing errors on our link between London and Manchester. To maintain network stability, we are taking this link out of service while investigations take place. All traffic will route via alternate paths, some customers may notice a small increase in latency.
