Are you experiencing a problem with your Seriously! Service?

Use the network status report on the right to check if we’re currently experiencing any technical issues. If we’re already aware of your current problem we’ll do our best to resolve this as soon as possible with minimal disruption to your service.

Are you thinking of leaving Seriously!?

To cancel your Seriously! connection simply contact us and provide 7 days notice.

To move your Seriously! broadband connection to an alternative provider you need to request a MAC (Migration Authorisation Code). Your MAC is valid for 14 days.

Emergency Maintenance: Manchester 21CN

We have detected a major fault with the router that serves our Manchester 21CN interconnect. The router is currently operational but could fail at any time and should be considered at-risk. Fibre Cut London to Frankfurt

Our London to Frankfurt link is currently down due to a fibre cut. Traffic to Frankfurt is taking the alternate route via Amsterdam. The repair team are on site, we do not currently have an Estimated time to repair.

Email Problems: Entadsl.com sub-domains

We are currently experiencing problems effecting some customers using  our entadsl.com email addresses. In these cases customers sub-domains, i.e. username.entadsl.com no longer resolve. Major Service Outage - London Area

We are currently experiencing major service outage in the London area on one of our supplier’s networks, which is affecting multiple circuits including leased lines. We are working with the carrier to rectify the problem as soon as possible and more information will be made available as soon as we have it.
