PRICING POLICY
This document explains in detail all charges applicable to Seriously! customers.
Seriously! Pay-As-You-Go
Our Pay-As-You-Go service is charged at £14.25 per month. This includes 1GB of bandwidth usage per month. Each additional 1GB used is charged at £1.28.
A limit of £40 additional bandwidth is set to every account. This provides the customer with just under 32GB of additional bandwidth per month.
Bandwidth is only charged for between the hours of 8am and midnight Monday to Friday. Outside of these times usage is uncharged.
Seriously! Allowance
Our Allowance service is charged at £49.97 per month. This includes 120GB of monthly bandwidth usage. If you exceed your monthly bandwidth usage you will be charged £1.28 per additional 1GB used.

Bandwidth is only charged for between the hours of 8am and midnight Monday to Friday. Outside of these times usage is uncharged.
Please note: Your monthly bandwidth allowance does not accumulate. If it is not used each month it is lost.
You can monitor your bandwidth usage via the 'My Account' portal.
Rate Limiting
Upon consumption of all remaining bandwidth or upon reaching the £40 set limit your connection will be rate limited to 128kbps with an additional 1GB of bandwidth applied. Upon consumption of this additional 1GB your connection will be blocked until you reach your next billing period start date.
Changing Packages
Seriously! customers can change from Seriously! Pay-As-You-Go to Seriously! Allowance or vice versa completely free of charge. To change your current package simply contact our customer services department.
Dial-up
With Seriously! Dial-up you only pay for the time you spend online which is charged at 1p per minute. You service is billed by your current telephone calls provider and is added to your normal monthly telephone bill.
Activation Charges
An activation charge of £47.00 is incurred with all new provides and migrations from LLU and cable providers.
Cancellation Charges
A cease charge of £25.85 will be incurred where a broadband service is ceased as a consequence of migrating to another provider and a Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) not being obtained and used to execute the migration. However if the new provider uses the MAC to migrate the service to them then this charge should not be expected.
All pricing includes VAT at 17.5% and is stated in GBP. Prices correct as of 04/01/2010.
