What can you use the portal for?

Controlling your monthly bills

You can monitor your current monthly bandwidth usage at any time via the portal and view your estimated monthly bill for the current month. You can also view your payment history and download previous invoices.

Updating your contact details

It is important you keep your contact information up to date. You can update your contact telephone number and email address via the portal. You can also change your portal password.

Updating your payment details

You can easily update your payment information via the payment page of the portal whenever required. If your payment method expires your connection may be affected.

Staying informed

From time to time we may need to inform you of important information and updates to your service. An update will be published on the portal homepage.

Setting up your email addresses

All Seriously! broadband connections include 5 free email addresses. You can set these up via the email page of the portal.

Download set up guides

You can download simple guides to help you set up your broadband, email and web space from the support page within the portal. Seriously! contact information is also available here.
